Membership Policy

Effective Date: May 16, 2026

This Membership Policy (“Agreement”) governs all memberships, sessions, purchases, bookings, reservations, packages, and wellness services provided by Recovery+ (“Recovery+,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or using any Recovery+ service, the client (“Client,” “Member,” or “you”) agrees to all terms below.

1. Membership Structure

Recovery+ memberships may include guided stretching, infrared sauna, cold water immersion, contrast therapy, oxygen therapy, local cryotherapy, TENS therapy, percussion therapy, compression therapy, IV therapy, recovery technologies, wellness consultations, events, workshops, and other wellness services. Membership benefits, session allocations, discounts, guest privileges, service access, and facility amenities vary by membership tier and may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued at Recovery+'s sole discretion.

2. Auto-Renewal & Billing

All memberships automatically renew on a recurring monthly basis unless canceled in accordance with this Agreement. By enrolling, Member authorizes Recovery+ to automatically charge the payment method on file for all applicable membership fees, taxes, late fees, failed payment fees, retail purchases, incidental charges, and other authorized amounts associated with the Member's account.

3. Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice at least thirty (30) days prior to the next scheduled billing date (the “30-Day Cancellation Window”).

What this means in practice: once Recovery+ receives a Member's written cancellation request, the membership remains active, billable, and in good standing for thirty (30) additional days from the date of that request. The Member will be charged for, and remains entitled to use, any regularly scheduled billing cycle(s) that fall within that 30-day period. The membership will then terminate at the end of the 30-day window, and no further charges will be applied after that date.

No refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements will be issued for unused services, missed appointments, partial billing periods, or failure to utilize membership benefits during the notice period.

Cancellation Fee: If a Member cancels their membership without providing the full thirty (30) days' written notice required above (i.e., cancels outside of the 30-Day Cancellation Window), Recovery+ will assess a $25.00 early cancellation fee in addition to any charges otherwise due under this Agreement. This fee will be charged to the payment method on file.

4. Failed Payments

If a payment method is declined or a balance remains unpaid, Recovery+ reserves the right to suspend membership access, booking privileges, and services until the outstanding balance has been resolved. Recovery+ may assess late fees, collection costs, administrative fees, returned payment fees, and reasonable attorney fees associated with recovering unpaid balances.

5. Freezes & Holds

Membership freezes are not guaranteed and may be granted solely at Recovery+'s discretion for qualifying circumstances including medical conditions, injury, military deployment, academic obligations, or extended travel. Supporting documentation may be required before approval is granted.

6. Appointments & Late Cancellations

Members must cancel a scheduled appointment at least twelve (12) hours before the scheduled service time. Appointments canceled within twelve (12) hours of the scheduled service time, and appointments that are missed without notice (“No-Shows”), will result in forfeiture of the session credit used to book that appointment. The forfeited session credit will not be refunded, restored, transferred, or applied toward a future booking.

Members arriving late may receive a shortened session in order to maintain scheduling availability for other clients. Emergency exceptions may be reviewed and granted solely at the discretion of Recovery+ management.

7. Conduct Policy

Recovery+ reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate membership access for inappropriate, disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or abusive conduct, including but not limited to:

●      Harassment of staff or clients

●      Threatening or abusive behavior

●      Intoxication or impairment

●      Theft or property damage

●      Unsafe conduct

●      Recording or photographing clients without consent

●      Violation of studio rules or policies

Any conduct deemed harmful to the Recovery+ environment, staff, or community

8. Health Responsibility

Member acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for consulting with a licensed physician or qualified healthcare provider prior to participating in any Recovery+ service, modality, or wellness program.

9. No Medical Advice

Unless expressly provided under the supervision of a licensed medical professional, Recovery+ does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, rehabilitation services, physical therapy, chiropractic care, or healthcare services. All services are intended solely for general wellness, relaxation, athletic recovery, and lifestyle support purposes.

10. Refunds

All membership fees are non-refundable once charged. This includes, without limitation, charges resulting from the automatic monthly renewal of a membership. A Member's failure to submit a cancellation request prior to a renewal date — including forgetting that the membership had renewed — does not, by itself, entitle the Member to a refund, credit, or reversal of the charge. Members are responsible for tracking their billing date and submitting cancellation requests in accordance with Section 3 above.

11. Chargebacks

Members agree not to improperly dispute or reverse legitimate charges. Recovery+ reserves the right to pursue all available collection remedies, including administrative fees, collection costs, and legal action related to fraudulent or improper chargebacks.

12. Policy Modifications

Recovery+ reserves the right to modify operating hours, pricing, services, memberships, amenities, modalities, policies, procedures, and Agreement terms at any time without prior notice.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Guest Pass Policy

Guest passes are provided as a courtesy benefit for eligible members to introduce new clients to Recovery+. Guest passes reset monthly, and unused guest passes do not roll over into future billing periods unless otherwise stated in writing. Guest passes are non-transferable, hold no cash value, and may only be redeemed for eligible services designated by Recovery+. Individual guests may redeem a complimentary guest pass no more than once unless otherwise approved in writing by management. Recovery+ reserves the right to modify, suspend, revoke, or limit guest pass privileges at any time.

Membership Freeze / Pause Policy

Members may request to temporarily freeze their membership for a maximum period of sixty (60) days unless otherwise approved by management. A one-time freeze fee of $10 will apply during the approved freeze period. Freeze requests must be submitted prior to the Member's next billing date. Freeze requests may be approved for qualifying circumstances including travel, injury, medical conditions, academic obligations, military deployment, or other approved situations. During the freeze period, membership benefits, booking privileges, session access, discounts, and studio access may be temporarily suspended until the membership is reactivated.

Founding / Legacy Membership Policy

Founding or Legacy Membership pricing is reserved exclusively for approved early members of Recovery+. Preferred pricing remains valid only while the membership remains continuously active, current, and in good standing. If a Founding or Legacy Membership is canceled, terminated, frozen beyond approved limits, or otherwise lapses for any reason, the Member permanently forfeits all preferred pricing, discounts, and associated benefits. Founding and Legacy Memberships are non-transferable and may not be assigned, shared, or transferred to another individual. Recovery+ reserves the right to modify membership benefits, amenities, and included services while maintaining the applicable protected pricing structure for eligible members.

Session Expiration Policy

Monthly membership sessions expire thirty (30) days after issuance unless otherwise stated within the applicable membership plan. Unused sessions do not roll over into future billing periods unless specifically included within an eligible membership tier or promotional offer. Expired sessions hold no cash value and may not be redeemed for refunds, credits, transfers, or cash equivalents. Exceptions related to medical conditions, emergencies, or extenuating circumstances may be reviewed solely at the discretion of Recovery+ management.

Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Appointments canceled within twelve (12) hours of the scheduled appointment time, and missed appointments without notice (“No-Shows”), will result in forfeiture of the session credit used to book the appointment. The forfeited credit will not be refunded, restored, or transferred.

Members arriving late may receive a shortened appointment to preserve scheduling availability for other booked clients. Emergency exceptions may be reviewed and granted solely at the discretion of Recovery+ management.

Membership Cancellation Policy

Membership cancellation requests must be submitted at least thirty (30) days prior to the next billing cycle, consistent with Section 3 above. Memberships remain active during the applicable notice period, and Members remain financially responsible for all charges incurred during that time. A $25.00 early cancellation fee will apply to any cancellation submitted without the required thirty (30) days' notice.

Membership fees, processed payments, completed billing cycles, initiation fees, and used services are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. This includes charges resulting from an automatic renewal; forgetting that a membership had renewed does not entitle a Member to a refund. Recovery+ reserves the right to terminate memberships for policy violations, misuse of services, abusive conduct, fraudulent activity, or failure to comply with studio rules and operational policies.

AutoPay & Billing Policy

All memberships require a valid payment method on file and enrollment in automatic recurring billing. Members are solely responsible for maintaining accurate, current, and valid billing information. Failed, expired, or declined payment methods may result in temporary suspension of membership benefits, booking access, discounts, or services until the outstanding balance has been resolved. Recovery+ reserves the right to charge any outstanding balances associated with active membership agreements, approved purchases, cancellation fees, no-show fees, retail purchases, or other authorized charges.

By purchasing, activating, scheduling, or utilizing any Recovery+ membership, service, package, session, or facility access, the Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to all Membership Policies, Terms, Conditions, and operational guidelines set forth herein.
